Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Elective surgeries of all surgical disciplines at Klinikum Fulda • Semi-elective surgeries with marked urgency o N12: Surgery starts <12h after notification or at the end of the elective program as part of emergency management o N24: Urgent, surgery starts within 12–24h Note: Integration into the operating program of the following day o N48-72: Deferred urgent, surgery starts within 48–72h • Postoperative monitoring in the PACU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Classified emergency intervention with NOO, NO1 or NO6 • Unplanned postoperative transfer to the recovery room/intensive care unit • Inadequately legible documentation
