Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Informal caregiver (non-professional) - Caring for at least one person with schizophrenia - Ability to give consent - Availability of internet access - Sufficient understanding of the German language - Willingness to take part in two anonymous online surveys, each lasting approx. 20 minutes - Willingness to use the AES program for 4 weeks - Willingness to leave an e-mail address

Total score of the German version of the 22-item Zarit Burden Interview (ZBI-22) and the self-administered Knowledge Questionnaire on Schizophrenia (KQ) after the four-week intervention period (t0, t1).—
