Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Signed declaration of consent -(Suspected) inflammatory rheumatic disease -Sufficient German language skills to complete the questionnaire
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Insufficient knowledge of German No consent to participate in the study

| -To gain insights into disease progression, disease burden and the medical, social and economic consequences of inflammatory rheumatic diseases in routine care settings -To examine the care situation prior to referral to a rheumatologist, treatment behaviour and its variations within rheumatology, and the disease burden for different inflammatory rheumatic diseases -Gain new insights into the prognosis of various inflammatory rheumatic diseases under current care conditions through long-term observation of all patients receiving continuous rheumatological care -Contribute to the evaluation of cost structure in relation to quality of life and treatment by collecting direct (treatment-related) and indirect (work-related) costs. | — |
