Group 1: A maximum of 60 mL of blood is taken once from the healthy volunteers (venous blood sampling).

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Caucasian 2) Written declaration of consent signed and available
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) known diseases of the hematopoietic system (e.g. blood clotting disorders, vascular diseases, neoplasia of the hematopoietic system) 2) known diseases of the hematopoietic system in 1st degree relatives 3) medication taken within the last week (except oral contraceptives) 4) Blood donation in the last 8 weeks 5) Pregnancy and breastfeeding 6) Known infectious diseases (e.g. hepatitis, HIV) 7) Persons in an active dependent relationship with the study leaders
