Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Medical students (pre-clinical, clinical, practical year) and doctors in further training (assistant doctors, specialists, and senior physicians) are included. There are no other inclusion criteria; the only requirement is that participants belong to to one of these training levels and are willing to participate voluntarily and anonymously.

| Since the study is an exploratory, non-interventional cross-sectional study, there is no primary endpoint in the traditional sense. The aim of the study is to record the phenomenon of coolout among medical students and doctors in training and to investigate possible correlations with psychosocial stress factors. The survey is conducted once using standardized online questionnaires that include both established scales (see above) and specially developed items on the perception of coolout. | — |
