Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - subjective need of a medical treatment - Capability to consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Pregnancy or imminent childbirth - Apnea - Acute respiratory failure - Cardiac arrest - STEMI, chest pain radiating to the jaw and/or abdomen - Unconsciousness (GCS = 3) - Status epilepticus - Life-threatening arrhythmia - Polytrauma - Fall from a great height (> 3 meters) - Gunshot or stab wounds to the head, neck, or torso - High-voltage electrical injury - Water-related accidents (drowning, swimming accidents, falling through ice) - Accidents involving hazardous materials - Active shooter situations, hostage situations, or comparable scenarios - Unmanageable symptoms of a psychiatric disorder, existing risk of self-harm or harm to others - Immediate threat of suicide - Blindness, if no accompanying person is available to assist with the use of the booth

Feasibility: Successful utilization of telemedicine booth for different Diagnosis/clinical pictures Description: For which diagnosis/clinical picture can the telemedicine cabin be utilized (no in person treatment needed afterwards)? Is it possible to group different diagnosis/clinical pictures? Time Frame: From the start to the completion of the telemedicine consultation How: by checking the pseudonymized treatment protocols 2. Need for additional treatment after Teleconsultation Description: For which diagnosis/ clinical pictures (grouped) is additional treatment needed in person in the medical center at the festival.
