Group 1: Observational cohort study
The participants (pregnant women) will be longitudinally monitored during pregnancy until birth:
T1 (10-14 weeks of gestation),
T2 (24-28 weeks of gestation),

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: on-going singleton pregnancy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: gestational age at the time of recruitment is > 14 weeks not able to communicate with project staff due to insufficient language skills if fetal genetic anomalies and malformations are present
