| The primary objective of this study is the evaluation of staff satisfaction at the Kreisklinikum Ebersberg resulting from the implemented measures 'Training' and 'Telemedical Consultations.' The measures carried out for this purpose consist of three components. By training the obstetric and anaesthesiological staff of the Level 4 maternity clinic in postnatal resuscitation measures, a professional basis is created and refreshed in terms of a know-how transfer. Following the training, the telemedical measure is practiced within the framework of simulation measures. Staff satisfaction is evaluated via questionnaires before and after the implementation of the training sessions and again after the implementation of the telemedical consultations. | — |
