Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Regular students of the degree programme in Human Medicine with a valid university e-mail address and internet access Departments offering clinical traineeships, approval by the head of department, internet-enabled workplace and sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Students without previous clinical traineeship experience (for baseline survey) Departments without active clinical traineeships during the study period
