Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The study targets medical staff working in pediatric wards of the participating children's hospitals in Saxony-Anhalt, as well as pharmacists from these hospitals. Included are individuals who, at the time of the baseline phase, potentially have access to the TeleKasper app in their daily clinical work and are registered as users. Active use of the app at the time of inclusion is not required.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Excluded are individuals without a medical or pharmaceutical license, as well as those working in institutions that are not among the clinics participating in the project.

| The study's secondary endpoints complement the assessment of the primary outcome and encompass various aspects of app usage. A key aspect is user retention, i.e., whether the TeleKasper app is used regularly over extended periods of time. Furthermore, qualitative data from surveys will be evaluated to identify institutional, organizational, or personal barriers, as well as enabling conditions for app usage. The impact of the intervention measures will be investigated by comparing usage patterns before and after their introduction, both at the individual and clinic levels. Subgroup analyses across different professional groups, clinics, or experience backgrounds will provide insight into differentiated usage patterns. | — |
