Group 1: Drinking trial with 3-5 ml per kg Body weight of blue colored water Group 2: Application of 3-5 ml per kg Body weight of blue colored water by gastric tube

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: endotracheal intubation and mechanical ventilation Comfort-B >12 protective reflexes intact for children <2 years of age: gestational age at birth at least 36 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Dysphagia Pneumonia lack of parental consent
