Interventions

Group 1: Physicians in pediatrics and adolescent medicine who completed an outpatient rotation during their continuing education will be interviewed once.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: physicians in pediatrics and adolescents medicine, competet practice rotation during continuing medical education, written consent provided, sufficient knowledge of German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: <18 years old, cognitive impairments that restrict answering of questions, insufficient knowledge of German, noo written consent provided

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Exploration of Experiences and perspectives in the context of outpatient rotations regarding structural characteristics, skills acquisition and career planning to identify determinants that have a potential impact on the experience of working as a specialist in outpatient practices and, where applicable, on decisions about future career paths based on this experience.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Develop recommendations for the planning of a university training network with practice rotation and thus support outpatient pediatric and adolescent medical care
