Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective surgery, planned duration >150 min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgery, revision surgery, existing infection with already therapeutic antibiotic use, history of penicillin allergy (anaphylaxis, severe exanthema, shortness of breath) with the consequence of not using cephalosporins for antibiotic prophylaxis, acute or chronic kidney damage
