Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: "All pediatric patients who require endotracheal intubation for more than 24 hours following cardiac surgery."

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients under muscle relaxation

Cardiac index (based on VTI, heart rate, and aortic diameter) Estimation of right ventricular pressure (via tricuspid regurgitation gradient + central venous pressure [CVP]) TAPSE (Tricuspid Annular Plane Systolic Excursion) Resistive Index (RI) in the anterior cerebral artery (ACA), renal artery, and blood flow in the celiac trunk Central venous pressure (CVP) and arteriovenous oxygen difference (avDO2) Near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) monitoring in the brain and kidneys Serum lactate levels
