Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: males and females BMI between 18.5 and 24.9 kg/m2 aged between 18 and 40

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current tobacco consumption Deviation from normal weight (BMI 24.9 kg/m2) Practice of competitive sports (>10h/week) Known metabolic disorders, lipid metabolism disorders, diabetes mellitus or untreated thyroid dysfunction
