Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The primary outcome is the objectively measurable fall risk according to SPPB (Short Physical Performance Battery (Gross et al., 2020)) and the subjective fear of falling via Falls Efficacy Scale – International (FES-I). | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Secondary outcomes include the assessment of overall fall risk/fall fear according to the Lindera app (questionnaire and gait analysis), isometric maximum strength via isokinetics (Factum, company Frei), coordination abilities (via MediBalance PRO in addition to SPPB and 4-Square-Step), walking speed (via Timed-up-and-go as part of the Linera-assessment and 4-Meter-walking-test as part of the SPPB), well-being according to the WHO-5 questionnaire, body measurements (via circumference measurements), and cardiovascular constitution (via blood pressure). Acceptance of the intervention will be assessed using an adapted questionnaire based on the Treatment Credibility Scale, as well as qualitative interviews. | — |
