18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Bell score of = 20, meets the Canadian criteria for ME/CFS, resides in the Berlin region, general practitioner is willing to provide shared care, and due to the severity of illness, an in-person visit to our outpatient clinic is not possible.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of consent; severe comorbid or competing physical or mental illnesses
