Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Insured persons of 2 participating statutory health insurances: mkk - meine Krankenkasse, Pronova BKK Diagnosis U09.9 documented in the reference quarter (expected 3rd quarter 2024) and in at least one of the three previous quarters Sufficient German language skills to participate in a structured survey
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals without continuous insurance coverage with a participating statutory health insurance during the observation period, individuals with a protection code (e.g., employees of BKK funds, their family members, or persons under special protection such as those in a police witness protection program), and individuals who have objected to the use of their data for research purposes.
