Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Insured individuals from 44 participating statutory health insurances (BKK)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Individuals without continuous insurance coverage with a BKK fund during the observation period, individuals with a protection code (e.g., employees of BKK funds, their family members, or persons under special protection such as those in a police witness protection program), and individuals who have objected to the use of their data for research purposes.
