Potentially elevated blood pressure

Interventions

Group 1: Measurement of blood pressure profiles with a cuffless blood pressure measurement device for two weeks in "potential" hypertensives.

Age

21 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Elevated blood pressure values have been measured in the past (> 130 mmHg systolic and/or > 85 mmHg diastolic) - There is currently no diagnosis of hypertension - No antihypertensive medication is being taken - Willingness to use your own smartphone and install the Hilo (Aktiia)-app

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Current diagnosis of hypertension - Diagnosis of a cardiovascular disease other than hypertension - Use of antihypertensive medication
