Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with non-contrast or contrast-enhanced chest CT - Available echocardiography performed within = 30 days of the CT - Examination performed at LMU University Hospital Munich between 01/01/2015 and 01/01/2025

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Inadequate image quality of CT scan - Missing or incomplete echocardiography report - Time interval between CT and echocardiography > 30 days

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Differentiation between patients with AV valve insufficiency and those without patients without AV valve insufficiency by means of an opportunistic analysis of analysis of CT examinations of the thorax with an automated segmentation model.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Differentiation between the degrees of AV valve insufficiency in patients with AV valve insufficiency by an opportunistic analysis of CT examinations of the thorax with an automated segmentation model.
