| The primary endpoint of the study is the systematic collection and analysis of the frequency and distribution of positive responses to 25 predefined medical-technical quality indicators in Emergency Medical Services (EMS). These indicators cover critical care areas such as resuscitation, Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS), pain management, trauma care, and palliative care. The aim is to identify and quantify significant differences in the quality of care through the evaluation of this data, both between the participating countries (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Liechtenstein) and within their respective federal states or cantons. This data will be collected via a one-time online survey. | — |

| Relationship Between Structural Characteristics and Quality of Care: This section will analyze how demographic or structural characteristics (e.g., area of operation, qualification, professional experience) are associated with differences in the quality of care. Well-being and Satisfaction of EMS Personnel: Two additional sections in the questionnaire gather data on work-related well-being and subjective satisfaction with team leadership and care standards. These values will be analyzed descriptively and can be exploratively correlated with the medical indicators | — |
