Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - age greater than 3 years - Patients with suspected acute respiratory infection - Healthy control subjects - Patients greater than 3 years with a tracheostoma
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Pregnancy -Age younger than 3 years
