Group 1: Therapy with Gamo on an outpatient basis in the clinic or continuous teletherapeutic therapy at home
Group 2: Therapy with Gamo at home with teletherapeutic support at least once a week

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Children aged 6 and over who receive continuous medical and therapeutic care at the iSPZ Hauner. - Consent of parents and, if applicable, patients to participate in the pilot study - Indication for physiotherapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Lack of cognitive ability to actively participate in Gamo Home / VT therapy - Lack of willingness/ability of parents to engage with technical equipment equipment (Gamo, Galileo, Internet) - Acute inflammation of the musculoskeletal/ligamentous/articular system - Unclear swelling/pain of the musculoskeletal/ligamentous/articular system - Acute thrombosis - Pathological bone fractures within the last 6 months - Bisphosphonate therapy - Bone surgery within the last 4 months - Muscle operations within the last 6 weeks - Known stone disease of the biliary tract and abl. urinary tract - Therapy-resistant epilepsy as a comorbidity - Pregnancy cannot be ruled out with certainty - Artificial knee/hip joints

| Usage data and automatic feedback During therapy, usage data from reFit Gamo Home is recorded throughout the course of the study. This includes data on the frequency and duration of use, the course of use and also data on the success of the therapy. Subjective data on gaming success (virtual game coins collected) as well as objective measurement data (progression of movement volumes; movement intensity) are recorded here. During therapy at home, parents and patients receive daily questions from the computer system in which they can give their subjective assessment of the therapy and the organizational and technical process on a scale of 0-10 (100 units) (Did you enjoy it today? How exhausting was playing for you today? How reliably was Gamo usable this session?) Questions are also regularly asked automatically about side effects (Have your child experienced side effects so far?), integration into everyday life, possible other users (Was the system only used by the participating patient?) and long-term motivation (How long would it make sense for your child to continue therapy?). | — |
