Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? BMI of 18.5 to 24.9 kg/m² (normal weight) ? Stable weight within the last 6 months ? Regular menstrual cycle or use of an oral contraceptive that suppresses ovulation ? Written declaration of consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Regular consumption of energy drinks (> 1 x per week) ? Regular coffee consumption of more than one cup per day ? Smoking ? Underweight or overweight/obese ? Irregular menstrual cycle in the last 6 months ? Taking medication that affects the hormone or heat balance (e.g. thyroid medication, corticosteroids, psychotropic drugs with hormonal effects, anticholinergics, beta-blockers, opioids, stimulants, paracetamol and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The use of contraceptives is permitted). ? Known diseases of the liver, kidneys or thyroid gland ? Known gastrointestinal diseases, malabsorption and maldigestion syndrome ? Known metabolic diseases such as insulin resistance, diabetes mellitus type 1 and 2 or dyslipidemia ? Hypo- or hypertension ? Known chronic inflammatory diseases (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis) ? Mental illnesses ? Alcohol and/or drug abuse ? Pregnancy or lactation ? Sleep disorders and shift work ? Usually more than 6 hours of sport per week ? Participation in another clinical trial at the same time or within the last 30 days ? Other exclusion criteria at the discretion of the investigators
