Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Neurological conditions, especially CP (GMFCS II to IV) - Height of 65-105 cm (as the standing trainer is recommended for this height) - Existing head control - Ability to stand with assistance - Written informed consent from the legal guardian or parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Acute injuries or contraindications for standing - lack of head control - Lack of ability to stand - no consent - lack of compliance

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Children's walking ability and balance, measured by items from the Pediatric Berg Balance Scale (sitting unsupported, standing unsupported with feet together, standing on one leg) and the 10-metre walk test (with support from a therapist or walking aid), determined before the first and after the last intervention or standard treatment.
