| The aim of this study is to find out (1) how nursing trainees reflect on age-related communication, (2) how they perceive and evaluate Elderspeak in videos, and (3) to what extent a targeted workshop on Elderspeak can change the communicative sensitivity of nursing trainees. This is to be determined with the help of a self-created questionnaire, which contains specific items for reflection and perception of Elderspeak as well as evaluation of the workshop. The questionnaire will be answered in three parts at different times during the workshop. The data from the questionnaires will be analyzed descriptively using frequencies. | — |
