Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Data from patients with all anxiety, obsessive-compulsive and obsessive-compulsive spectrum disorders treated at the Department of Psychiatry and Psychotherapy, University Medical Center Freiburg, both as outpatients and, above all, as (partial) inpatients, should be analyzed. Patients with anxiety, obsessive-compulsive and compulsive spectrum disorders with organic causes or as a result of substance use should also be explicitly analyzed. Comorbidities are also not an exclusion criterion. Only patients aged = 18 years should be analyzed. Patients from 2000 at the earliest until July 2025 should be included. For the subproject regarding tissue-based assay findings, all patients > 18 years of age who have received a corresponding analysis from CSF/serum pairs since 2018 should be included transdiagnostically.
