Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - abdominal complaints as primary reason for consultation in an out of hours walk-in clinic - Arrival without medical transport services (ambulatory/walk-in patients) - Presentation to the out-of-hours walk-in clinic between 6:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. on weekdays or between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. on weekends/public holidays
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patient age < 18 years - Patients not legally capable of giving informed consent
