Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
How effective is group psychotherapy in reducing pain and improving quality of life? The primary endpoint is the evaluation of the effectiveness of the therapy based on pain reduction and improved quality of life in everyday life. This is tested using questionnaires that are collected at three measurement points (before the start of group therapy, after completion of the therapeutic units and catamnestically three months after the end of treatment). The following questionnaires including sociodemographics with previous illnesses are used: - MGP (Short) - WHO-5 - GAD-7 - PHQ-9 - CTQ - PSQ-20 - SSD-12 - FSS - SWE - RS-13 - TFA - PSEQ - CPAQ - HAQ-DI - Quality of life (SF-12) - ZUF-8 - INEP

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
How is the intervention perceived by patients and therapists? Which processes influence the effectiveness of group psychotherapy? What barriers and support factors exist during implementation? Is there a greater reduction in pain among patients with the additional body therapy sessions? Additionally to the above-mentioned questionnaires for patients with the 4 body-oriented units we will be using (at three measurement points: before the start of therapy, after completion of the therapeutic units and catamnestically three months after the end of treatment): - MAIA-2 - TampaScale of kinesiophobia - Body Appreciation Scale 2 - Fear-Avoidance Beliefs Questionnaire - FFMQ-39
