Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All patients aged 18 years or older who, based on clinical decision-making, undergo CT-guided rupture of a facet joint cyst as a first-line treatment at the aforementioned institution.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - General contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (e.g., cardiac pacemakers, insulin pumps, mechanical heart valves, or other metallic foreign bodies within soft tissues) - Pregnancy - Patients with cognitive impairment or other conditions preventing reliable self-reporting - Lack of informed consent - Prior surgery at the planned level of intervention
