Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Adults aged 18 years or older - Individuals using a RTCGM as part of their diabetes management - Access to the internet and a compatible smartphone or computer - Commitment to answer online questionnaires - Ability to provide signed informed consent

Exclusion criteria: - Employees any institution involved in conducting, organizing, or financing the study
