Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • = 18 years of age • Giving birth in hospital (study site) • Late preterm infant (32 to 36+6 weeks of gestation) • Informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers • After breast surgery • With glandular hypoplasia • Who gave birth outside the above-mentioned facility • Who are unwilling to breastfeed after perinatal counselling • With poor German language skills (<A1 level) • Multiple births. Children of mothers • With genetic syndromes • Osteoarticular diseases or fractures • Palliative care • Intensive care during the measurement period with a smartwatch
