Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All participants must have experience in strength training. They must not have any health impairments that could limit their overall physical performance. There should be no concerns regarding the performance of sports-motor tests involving maximal stress on the cardiovascular system or the musculoskeletal system.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants must not exhibit orthopedic issues in the spine, pelvis, shoulders, legs or similar. Additionally, metabolic or cardiovascular diseases, as well as the necessity for regular medication intake, must be absent.
