Inclusion criteria: Systemic autoimmune diseases with interstitial lung disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age <18 years ILD of another cause Missing informed consent

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The progression of SARD-associated interstitial lung disease (SARD-ILD), as measured by the criteria for progressive pulmonary fibrosis (PPF) according to the guidelines by Raghu G. et al., 2022.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Collection and analysis of pulmonary function parameters as well as demographic and clinical data to characterize the patient group with SARD-ILD. This includes the following: • Handgrip strength (HGS) • K-BILD questionnaire to assess health-related quality of life • High-resolution computed tomography of the lungs (HRCT) • Clinical auscultation findings (e.g., crackles) • Laboratory parameters related to disease activity • 6-minute walk test (6MWT) to assess functional exercise capacity
