Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Attendance of a 4th grade primary school in the city of Göttingen Written informed consent by at least one legal guardian Child’s assent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No written consent from legal guardians Child does not agree to participate Acute illness at the time of the examination

MeasureTime frame
- Prevalence of dental damage in primary school children, assessed using (i)dmft / (I)DMFT, BEWE index, and MIH-TNI index (scores > 0) - Proportion of children with treatment-relevant dental or jaw malocclusions, defined as KIG =3 based on statutory health insurance criteria.

Secondary

- Proportion of children with fissure sealants. - Proportion of children with general health risk factors and concurrent dental damage or malocclusions. - Proportion of children with oral dysfunctions (e.g. open mouth posture, speech articulation disorders, swallowing disorders).
