Group 1: Patients who use the Rheuma-Fit app daily for 3 months if possible. The recommendation for daily use is 5-15 minutes.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis who fulfill the ACR/EULAR classification criteria, written informed consent, required age: between 18-70 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No signed declaration of consent, age < 18 years, change of medication in the last 3 months, pregnancy.
