Interventions

Group 1: Patients who use the Rheuma-Fit app daily for 3 months if possible. The recommendation for daily use is 5-15 minutes.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with rheumatoid arthritis or psoriatic arthritis who fulfill the ACR/EULAR classification criteria, written informed consent, required age: between 18-70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No signed declaration of consent, age < 18 years, change of medication in the last 3 months, pregnancy.

1. Does physical activity (IPAQ, WHO-Activity, HAQ) increase from baseline to follow-up (12weeks) when using the fitness app RheumaFit (through measurements and questionnaires)? 2. Can the quality of life (SF-36)of patients with rheumatic joint disease be improved from baseline to follow-up (12weeks) using the fitness app RheumaFit (through questionnaire)? 3. How does fatigue (FACIT) change in rheumatic patients from baseline to follow-up (12weeks) using the RheumaFit app (through questionnaire)? 4. Can pain (PAIN, VRS) be reduced in patients with rheumatic diseases from baseline to follow-up (12weeks) using the fitness app RheumaFit (through questionnaire)?
