Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Regular physical activity (at least 3 training sessions of 30 minutes per week) No acute or chronic neck pain Willingness to participate for the entire study duration (12 weeks) Good sports health (no limitations affecting physical activity)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existing specific neck pain (e.g., herniated discs, spinal stenosis) Pregnancy during the study period Full dental prosthesis or missing natural teeth Planned absence of more than two weeks during the 12-week intervention Limited sports health (e.g., severe health conditions preventing regular physical activity)
