Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Maximum strength (1RM) and body composition (fat-free mass, muscle mass, water balance, fat mass and body weight) were measured. These parameters were determined at the following points in time: - Baseline - 4 weeks after baseline (T1) - 4 weeks after baseline with creatine/placebo supplementation (T2) - after a subsequent 4-week phase (discontinue/continue creatine or discontinue/continue placebo) (T3/posttest) | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Cognition (Flanker Test, Stoop Test).
