Inclusion criteria: Currently employed nurses in the field of psychosomatic medicine and psychotherapy or psychiatry (general psychiatry or child and adolescent psychiatry), sufficient knowledge of German, agreement to participate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion at your own request, withdrawal of consent, lack of capacity to consent, and minority
