Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Sufficient knowledge of the German language -Psychiatric diagnosis according to ICD-10: F20, F25, F30-34, F40-42 -Currently prescribed at least one disorder-specific medication -Patients insured with any statutory or private health insurance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Psychiatric diagnosis according to ICD-10, including: F00–F09 (organic, including symptomatic, mental disorders), F00-09, F10-19, F21, F22, F23, F24, F28, F29, F38, F39, F43-48, F50-F59, F60-69, F70-79, F80-89, F90-98, F99 -No confirmed ICD-10 diagnosis code available from the treating physician
