Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who, between July 2015 and December 1, 2025, underwent a radiological examination at LMU Medical Center to assess the alignment of the musculoskeletal system as part of routine clinical practice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with poor image quality.

Clinically relevant anatomical angles, lengths, and relationships of the musculoskeletal system (e.g., HKA, MAD, Cobb angle, CE angle), extracted from radiological image data. One-time retrospective analysis of image data from July 2015 through December 1, 2025 (the date of the respective examination). Data collection via manual measurement by blinded examiners, automated measurement using AI software (ImageBiopsy Lab), data source: anonymized radiological image data (EOS, CR, CT) from the RIS/PACS system, documentation in an anonymized database (Excel).	—
