The participants are healthy individuals with age-related limitations. In addition, older queer people represent a particularly vulnerable group in terms of mental and physical health conditions, highlighting the need for a prevention-oriented approach.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants - Individuals who do not describe their sexual orientation or way of life as heterosexual (non-heterosexual), or who do not or do not fully identify with the gender assigned to them at birth (non-cisgender) - Age: 60 years or older - Place of residence: North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany) - Sufficient German language skills to understand and complete the questionnaires and to participate in the program, which will be conducted in German - Access to an internet-enabled device, specifically a computer, laptop, or tablet (participation via smartphone is not possible) - Basic technical skills to operate the device and join a Zoom call Volunteers - Individuals who do not describe their sexual orientation as heterosexual (non-heterosexual), or who do not or do not fully identify with the gender assigned to them at birth (non-cisgender) - Age: Between 20 and 35 years - Place of residence: North Rhine-Westphalia (Germany) - Sufficient German language skills to facilitate and guide the group sessions effectively

Exclusion criteria: - Individuals who describe their sexual orientation or way of life as heterosexual AND fully identify with the gender assigned to them at birth - Individuals who do not fall within the specified age groups or who do not reside in North Rhine-Westphalia
