Interventions

Group 1: Patients with single RT3 recessions will receive surgical papilla reconstruction using a connective tissue graft from the lateral palate and an innovative flap design mobilizing the tissues.

Measure	Time frame
Two- and three-dimensional evaluation 4 months after surgical papilla reconstruction using intraoral scans and a volume inspection software for superimposition.	—
