Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sufficient knowledge of German Initial diagnosis of an inflammatory rheumatic systemic disease
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age < 18 years Insufficient knowledge of German No rheumatological systemic disease as diagnosis Lack of capacity to consent (e.g. underlying dementia; severe underlying psychiatric illness)
