Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cystic fibrosis diagnosis OR infection with resistant bacteria OR healthy blood donor, clinically stable, able to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: incapable of giving consent, under 18 years old, clinically unstable
