Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Chronic (> 12 weeks) non-specific low back pain (back area below the ribcage and above the gluteal folds) with significant functional impairment (grade II - IV in the Chronic Pain Grade - Patient Questionnaire); in ongoing therapy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Chronic low back pain due to the following specific causes: Tumour in the area of the spine; infection in the area of the spine; vertebral fractures that are not stably penetrated; autoimmune, inflammatory rheumatic diseases; symptomatic radiculopathy; cauda syndrome. Further exclusion criteria: Recognition of low back pain as an occupational disease (in accordance with the German Ordinance on Occupational Diseases); planned, applied for or ongoing rehabilitation procedure due to low back pain.
