Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? 18+ years old ? Good English ? Sleep quality rated as poor or = 5 on the Pittsburgh sleep quality index ? Perceived Stress rated as moderate =14 on PSS-10 ? University Student ? Agree to complete the intervention to the best of their ability ? Provide Informed consent to participating in study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Significant current practice of any form of meditation (>10 minutes per day) ? Having a diagnosis of any of the following disorders: ? Schizophrenia ? Sleep apnea ? Bipolar ? Suicidal ideation ? PTSD & complex trauma: ? Severe Depression ? Dissociative Disorder ? Are currently pregnant ? Substance dependance

| In secondary analyses, we will examine preliminary pre- to post-treatment differences in sleep quality between the intervention and control groups, assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI), as well as differences in stress levels measured with the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS). | — |
