Inclusion criteria: All consecutive patients with: - Acute ischemic heart disease, unspecified - Acute transmural myocardial infarction of the anterior wall - Acute transmural myocardial infarction of the posterior wall - Acute myocardial infarction, unspecified - Acute transmural myocardial infarction of an unspecified location - Acute subendocardial myocardial infarction
