Group 1: Intervention Group: A total of 100 participants will receive access to a ten-week training program. The program consists of ten video-based sessions, with one session to be completed per week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All individuals aged 18 years and older

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: total knee arthroplasty Open knee surgery (arthroscopic procedures are acceptable) Cognitive impairments or other conditions that hinder reliable task execution (e.g., dementia) No access to a digital device capable of displaying the program content

Strengthening of the Lower Limb Musculature (Post-Training Assessment): "How would you rate your fitness level?"; Fitness assessments: wall-sit test (maximum time in seconds) and single-leg heel raises (number of repetitions on left and right leg until muscular fatigue)." Gain of knowledge (Post-Training): Assessed through a standardized knowledge test
