A total of 100 participants will receive access to a ten-week training program. The program consists of ten video-based sessions, with one session to be completed per week

Inclusion criteria: All individuals aged 18 years and older
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: total knee arthroplasty Open knee surgery (arthroscopic procedures are acceptable) Cognitive impairments or other conditions that hinder reliable task execution (e.g., dementia) No access to a digital device capable of displaying the program content
